Enquiry
WhatsApp is the fastest path. Send logo, services, areas, and your number — about 10 minutes. Or use the brief form if you prefer.

Brief + deposit
Clock starts when we have the deposit, a logo or written “no logo”, services list, areas, WhatsApp or phone, and whether you have a domain. Missing photos do not block launch.

Homepage first
We send a homepage preview of your business — logo, colours, services — before the rest is built. Paid a Business deposit? That preview is in the 72-hour path. Otherwise the Website Taster is R350, credited on Business or Custom.

Build & first live
Launch: First live version in 48 hours after brief + deposit. Business: First live version in 72 hours after brief + deposit. Custom: Timing confirmed before work starts. Guided quote, extra services, and Custom features are scheduled on top and may add time. Included revision rounds still apply after the first live version.

Launch checks
Domain, WhatsApp, Maps, email forward, and the Google Business Profile link. Hosting & support is optional after launch if we host.

You don’t need polished website writing. Send the facts — we write the pages. Most of this is collected in onboarding, or you can send it on WhatsApp. No face-to-face meeting is required.

Do you write the website copy?
Yes. Launch, Business, and Custom include writing and structuring the website copy from your brief — services, areas, about, and buttons. You don’t need polished paragraphs. Send a services list, areas you serve, contact details, and any existing text or photos, plus logo and colours if you have them. You approve the copy before launch, in the included revision rounds. Blog or SEO article packs, brand-strategy workshops, and extra pages of content are quoted separately.
Do you work outside Johannesburg?
We’re based in Johannesburg and work with service businesses across South Africa. The brief, preview, and launch happen online.
How many changes can I ask for?
Review includes a limited number of revision rounds so the project stays on track. We use those rounds to get the copy and the site accurate to your services, areas, and branding — not to rebuild it from scratch after launch.
What happens after the site goes live?
3 months of default Hosting & support included from the day the site goes live. After that, monthly Hosting & support keeps the site live — Hosting & support: hosting, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring, forms kept working, and business-hours support. Hosting & support Plus adds up to 30 minutes of small website changes per month. Extra pages or a bigger enquiry tool later are quoted separately.
When does the 48/72-hour clock start?
The 48/72-hour clock starts when we have: Deposit, logo or written “no logo”, services list, areas, WhatsApp/phone, and whether you have a domain. Missing photos do not block launch. The promise is the first live version — included revision rounds still apply after that.
Do I own the domain?
Yes — registered in your name. First year included on a new .co.za we register. If you already own a domain, we connect it. The included year applies to a new domain we register, not a credit if you already have one. Renewal after year 1 is yours, or billed through us at cost. SiteBase is technical/admin only.
What email do I get?
You get one professional address on your domain, e.g. info@yourbusiness.co.za, that forwards to the inbox you already use. A paid mailbox (Google Workspace or Microsoft) is optional, quoted separately, and billed to you. Never @sitebase.co.za as your public email.
Will I be on Google Maps in 3 days?
The website can go live in 48 or 72 hours. GBP setup is included — create or claim, categories, services, service areas, hours, website, phone, WhatsApp, and photos you send. Home-based trades get a service-area listing, not a private street pin. You own the listing; SiteBase is Manager only. Google’s verification is separate and can take days. We do not promise map pack or any ranking.
